Excavation and Site Work

  • Clearing trees, brush, stumps, boulders, and debris to open up a lot and get it ready to build on. Includes removal of large stumps and rock, plus cleanup of overgrown or wooded parcels so surveyors, concrete crews, and framers can get to work.

  • Shaping the ground for proper slope, drainage, and a stable building surface, plus the water management that goes with it: French drains, culverts, swales, and stormwater systems that keep runoff away from structures. Also covers driveways and private roads — grading, sub-base installation, and gravel work — along with site work for retaining walls, terracing, and ponds.

  • Excavation for basements, crawl spaces, slab foundations, and footings, as well as in-ground pools and spas. Trenching for water and sewer lines, gas, electrical conduit, and drainage pipe, followed by backfilling and compaction around foundations and trenches so everything settles the way it should.
